"20 years...1994 to 2026, I have been with Landon Samuel and State Farm Insurance. The reasons why are many, so lets start with the basics. Landon Samuel is one of the most honest and truthful men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my life. I am 44 years old now, I have known him since I was 24. To me that says a lot by itself. State Farm is a A+ Insurance agency, and Landon Samuel is a A++ agent. I have had Car Insurance and Renters Insurance, and have been pleased with the outstanding service I have received. My rates are competitive. I have had maybe 4 claims in 20 years, I was responded to by Landon and his office, immediately. My claims were processed and paid fast. He regularly updates me on my insurance level, has informed me clearly of my policy, and benefits that State Farm offers. His office staff are very well trained, polite, and eager to assist with any questions. In short, I have been treated like a valued friend, not just a customer. I would whole heartedly recommend Landon Samuel and State Farm Insurance to anyone who appreciates Honesty, Truthfulness, Value, Integrity, Customer Service, and the comfort/security of having one of the best Insurance companies in America, along with one of their most outstanding agents. I was with someone else before them and they were ok, but with state farm well they really have been working with me and have really great coverage for my family and I with amazing rates! "Landon Samuel became my State Farm insurance agent when I married my husband Mark 26 years ago. And I've never looked back! Of course we were all much younger back then. And I don't know what time machine the man uses, but he's doing great! As is all his staff. Mark had been with the same insurance group since he was 20. Landon joined the group a few years later taking it over so Kenny could retire.They have seen each other through the ups and downs of life. After all, insurance is supposed to come in handy at all the times that usually make you cry. And a couple of times when I misunderstood what they were saying or trying to help with they were very patient with me as I apologized for having been short with them. They've seen us through a couple of accidents. One that was a total that everyone walked away from without a scratch. Thank you Jesus! And the other was between two people both insured by Landon's group. (Ha, ha) And now, with all the hail that has come through this spring and summer, they are repairing our roof and structures. Whenever we walk into their office it always feels like we are going to visit with friends. We are met with friendly smiles, "Come on in! Have a seat. How's the family?"
